Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Redwine worked as in-house tax and benefits counsel for two major corporations where she became a highly accomplished and innovative attorney with extensive experience in ERISA, employment law, payroll taxes, international assignments, regulatory compliance, taxation of benefits, mergers and acquisitions, employee benefits, EEOC/DOL regulations, as well as strategic planning.
In private practice Ms. Redwine decided to concentrate in the areas of probate, estate planning, small business issues, benefits and employment law. ATLANTIC RICHFIELD COMPANY, Dallas, Texas, Tax Counsel, 1984-1989. Completed research, planning, and analysis in federal, state, and local tax law to advise management and others of tax incentives and disincentives associated with particular transactions. Analyzed impact of legislation on corporate operations. Represented company before federal, state, local, and Native American mineral production/severance administrative boards and commissions.
